- Providing multi-disciplinary and value added services rather than compliance based.
- Upgradation of knowledge through regular study, seminars etc
- Training of articles and staff. Recruiting and retaining quality staff.
- Adapting, accepting and keeping abreast of changes

- Be initiative and innovative in even small things.

- Conducting weekly meeting with the staff, to understand the problems faced by them in carrying out their work
- Conducting academic discussions in the office, so as to introduce staff to new amendments in the law & practical approach towards difficulties faced in routine works.
- Housekeeping on regular basis and atleast once a week irrespective of time and other works.
